Shell77 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the shell77 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the shell77 platform.
Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use
By accessing or using the shell77 platform on any device — including a computer, smartphone, or tablet — you expressly agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the shell77 platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and shell77 as the service provider. shell77 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Registration, Security & Personal Responsibility
Account Creation Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the shell77 platform.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account termination.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False information may result in account suspension or closure.
- Shell77 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through an appropriate KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
Account & Password Security
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the shell77 support team.
- You must notify shell77 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
- Shell77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Payment, Transaction & Currency Information
All transactions on the shell77 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen payment method is valid, registered in your name, and has sufficient funds.
Shell77 supports a range of local payment methods, including online banking (FPX), e-wallets, and direct bank transfers. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform. These limits may change from time to time and will be stated in the transactions section of your account.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, as a security measure to prevent fraud. shell77 reserves the right to delay or reject any suspicious transaction without prior notice.
Any attempt to manipulate the payment system — including the use of unauthorised credit cards or bank accounts — will result in account suspension and a report being filed with the relevant authorities.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including money laundering.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, or using automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage.
- Communicating in an offensive, threatening, or harassing manner towards other users or shell77 staff.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or hacking our systems.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
Shell77 Liability Limits
Shell77 strives to keep the platform running smoothly at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, interruptions, or downtime. shell77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or your use of or inability to use the platform.
Shell77's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Shell77 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any of the following:
- Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraud, manipulation, or suspicious activity
- Providing false information during registration
- Bonus or promotion abuse
- Requests from relevant authorities
If your account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance will be returned to you once all investigations are concluded, unless the funds are found to be proceeds of fraudulent activity.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
All content on the shell77 platform — including logos, graphics, designs, text, and software — is the exclusive property of shell77 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission.
The shell77 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. shell77 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access such links at your own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
